Blue Stone’s Partial Wedding Planning Package is perfect for couples who have started planning but need expert guidance to bring everything together. We step in 6–8 months before your wedding to manage vendors, finalize logistics, and ensure a seamless celebration. It includes:

  • 1 hour of rehearsal coordination day-of
  • 12 hours on site day-of
  • Day-of timeline development (shared with wedding party VIPs & vendors)
  • Vendor management at 6-8 weeks prior to big day
  • Venue walkthrough to ensure all the details are correct
  • Access to preferred vendor list & assistance selecting vendors
  • $150 credit to use towards items in the Blue Stone Events Decor Closet
